Certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building meets the highest Green Building measures. LEED certification provides national distinction that a building is environmentally responsible and a healthy place to work.

Mayer | Helminiak incorporates broad sustainability practices in all projects in our core business. We design with environmentally responsible solutions because they generate long term economic benefits for our clients and recognize the connection between the places we create and the natural environment.
BUIILDING “GREEN” MAKES CENTS
Implementing practical and measurable green building design and construction will bring about energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, reduced operating costs, and stewardship of resources.
Broad sustainability lessens the vast amount of resources consumed in the built environment. The key elements create healthy environments for the users and community, minimize the use of resources, substitute renewable resources, and eliminate waste.
