Mequon's 'town center' proposal fits area's urban trend

The project includes two multistory apartment buildings with street-level commercial space, a retail commercial office building, a replacement facility for the Legions Hall, and a restaurant pub at the corner.

Prospective commercial tenants include Lowlands Group, a restaurant operator that includes two Cafe Hollander locations, and Alterra Coffee Roasters Inc.
