The project
includes two multistory apartment buildings with street-level commercial space,
a retail commercial office building, a replacement facility for the Legions
Hall, and a restaurant pub at the corner.
Prospective
commercial tenants include Lowlands Group, a restaurant operator that includes
two Cafe Hollander locations, and Alterra Coffee Roasters Inc.

"This is a
significant step forward in urbanizing a small portion of a suburban
community," said Mayor Curt Gielow. "It puts some vibrancy in the
area to attract some other things."
